Yesterday USA Today sent me down to Newport for an assignment, so I brought the fam along as well. Jenn took the kids to the aquarium while I shot the job and then we stayed in Lincoln City that night. Here was the view from our hotel room.

We also made sure to eat at one of my favorite beach resturants, Kyllos. Here is a frame I shot with my point and shoot while walking from the car. After the kids went to bed I hit up the casino and played poker just long enough to win enough money to pay for the room and meal :).
