Jeff + Maggie’s Wedding
I am a guy, this we all know. So I don’t usually get too worked up over a dress. I mean, they kind of all look the same to me after a while, (I am a guy after all) but I LOVED Maggie’s dress. Loved the off white, loved the length – easy for walking around and taking photos in – and loved how it looked on her. The reception was at the University Club downtown and Kara at Ella Events did a fabulous job. Also cool was how they had cakes as centerpieces on every table. However, my favorite photo – and maybe my favorite of the year thus far – is the shot of Maggie and her dad walking in. The church was dark and my cameras were set for the dark room, but they starting walking through a little shaft of light coming through a window, so I quickly adjusted my camera and shot that picture. Her face – with a huge smile – and his face – looking so proud, the light, I just love the whole picture.
