I help run a wedding event venue in Birmingham AL. What is your opinion of up lights and other event center lighting options? Do washes help or hurt photographs? What about the color, does it mess with your color balance?

Also can you handle the low lighting of the dance floor or do we need to adjust it up for the photographer?

I have been to your site half a dozen times now, and this time I am adding it to my bookmarks :) Your pages are always relevant, unlike the same-old stuff on other sites (which are coming off my bookmarks!) Two thumbs up!

Thanks so much for doing this free for us! The thing that really hit it home for me was how you explained looking for the available light and just enhancing it rather than overpowering it. That makes things a lot less scary for me.
