Summer Sunset
As the evening was winding down I noticed some clouds coming in as the sun was setting and knew it would make a great photo if I just waited for the right time. So, I kept one eye on the sky and one eye on the dance floor as the reception was in full swing at Postalwait’s Farm in Canby. Once the sun went down, the time was right I setup two speedlights in the hayfield, one with a full CTO gel behind them and one with a 1/4 CTO gel camera right to warm up the scene. I did a custom white balance for bare strobe, we shot a few frames and 3 minutes later went back to dancing.
